😆, I have tried and she has zero interest. Can’t say I blame her. My Canon gear worked great for a very long time. Besides, she has two of everything LOL.

Hey Ted,
Well, I’m still holding on to the old E‑M5 Mark III, and I’ve got to say — I actually use it way more than the OM‑1 Mk II.
It’s about a third lighter, and that makes a huge difference. Plus, it’s quite a bit more compact too.
Now with the new OM‑5 offering USB charging via power bank and an improved grip — without adding a single gram — even I’m tempted to retire the old one in favour of this new version.
But hey… you know me, I get tempted pretty easily. 😄

Still, that little thing’s a powerhouse!
Tell your wife to ditch those heavy Canons and go OM — toss your original OM‑1 her way, and you’ve got a free hand for an OM‑5. 😉
