Hello ! well, what you say may be correct, because I have actually bought things several times in Vienna, Austria and also in Germany, and not from private people but from real shops. The British apparently also still have many physical shops, but since Brexit you have to pay import tax in Europe, and that is exaggerated on old second-hand items.

Well, as I wrote, two of the five were perfectly fine, so maybe I was just unlucky. They are indeed just ordinary dumb adapters, and I also don’t really want to spend a lot of money on them, so I completely follow you. Thanks for stopping by Mark !

I tend to buy the cheapest lens mount adaptor I can find, although I have had more expensive ones given to me. Generally, I don’t think price really matters with these for the most part unless you’re after one of the autofocusing mount adaptors.
