It has been a year of bad weather and setbacks, but I’m sure many people have experienced the same. So, let’s not let it get us down too much. After every dark day, another comes along—one that might just be much sunnier.

I once wrote an article about my gear and how it felt coming full circle, but as time goes on, I realize that circle never really closes. I just keep learning every day, and sometimes that means heading in a different direction. That uncertainty and unpredictability are also quite adventurous, so I don’t mind that the circle will never fully close. 🙂

I can only hope that my journey, my desire to learn and improve, and the writing that comes from it will inspire and help some of you readers. I also hope the new year brings more followers, and perhaps more sharing of ideas and tips. And even if you don’t always agree, I’d love to hear it—because, hey, nobody’s perfect. So, I hope to keep learning even more.

With this message, I’d like to close out the year and I look forward to seeing all of you, and more, in the new year 2025.
